Park Shore

Located between US 41 and the Gulf of Mexico, Park Shore combines waterfront homes and condos against a backdrop of lush parks and sparkling, white beaches.

Taking its cue from Venice, Italy, many of the estates replicate Italian architecture as well as take advantage of the Venice-style canals with navigable bodies of water separating the mainland from the Gulf.  The Village on Venetian Bay provides additional European flair with upscale shopping and dining facilities and marks the site of the annual Naples boat festival parade every December.

The first Park Shore developments debuted in the 60s with many buildings undergoing renovations and emerging transformed.   Park Shore is unique in integrating livable communities with common park and beachside areas.
